How to Apply for a place in the DGSB Sixth Form 

The initial deadline for applications passed on Friday 10th January 2025. Applications by this date will inform the option blocking pattern. Details on how to apply as a late applicant are below. 

Year 11 Applicants from DGSB 

Please email sixthform@dgsb.co.uk stating the following information;

- Your full name

- State the four A-level subjects you would like to study at DGSB*

- State two reserve subject choices

Year 11 Applicants from Other Schools 

Please email sixthform@dgsb.co.uk stating the following information;

- Your full name

- Your DOB

- The school/ educational setting you are currently in

- Will DGSB be your first choice Sixth Form?

Before sharing the following information, please ensure you have checked the DGSB website 'About Us' section and are aware of the subjects we offer and their entry requirements

- State the four A-level subjects you would like to study at DGSB*

- State two reserve subject choices

*We advise the majority of students to study three A-levels, however it is useful to indicate four choices in case you change your mind or two of your choices clash
