Earlier in the year, as part of the Fiat Lux Programme, students were asked to design a brand new flag which incorporated the colours of all five houses at DGSB, as well as our school name and motto.

The winner of the competition was Richie G in Year 9 and on Friday 29th April 2022, Richie visited the new building to unveil his design. Along with Headteacher Philip Horstrup and Kier Project Manager Patrick Rogers, Richie helped raise the flag on the tower of the new building. It was a very historic moment for the school and Richie should be very proud of his flag, which will be flying over DGSB and Dover for many years to come.
