Each form group in Year 9 split into teams at the start of the year and have been learning about leadership whilst competitively completing a range of tasks each requiring a different range of skills. The winning team from each form group competed in a final task on 19^th July. Without any preparation, students were given 2 hours to plan a project for our (as yet) undeveloped outside area at the front of the school. Each team were judged on their co-operation, planning and presentation skills by Mr Rosier and school Governors Les Craggs (Chair) and Sue King.  

The team from 9 Pharos were awarded 1^st prize for their excellent collaboration, clarity and rationale for the intended development plan. Each student received a certificate and gift card to recognise their achievement.
