We are delighted to be able to let you know that on Saturday 5th February 2022 we will be holding an ‘open house’ event at DGSB for parents, students and colleagues (both past and present) to visit our current school buildings and say their farewells. Visitors will be able to visit key areas of the school and take photographs as souvenirs. There will also be an opportunity to bid on certain items of interest from the current buildings, with all proceeds going towards the kitting out of our wonderful new school.

DGSB will be open from 9 am until 5 pm on Saturday 5th February 2022 (subject to any local or national Covid restrictions) with each tour slot lasting 90 minutes (maximum). Tours will be self-guided and the areas of the school which are accessible will be clearly identified.

Items of interest on which you may wish to bid will be identified by a red sticker and a number. At the end of your tour, if you would like to bid on any item(s) you will need to complete a bid form and put it in our auction box. Winning bidders will be notified as soon as possible after the event, and collection will need to take place in a specified time frame at the end of March, which will be provided nearer the time.

Attendance at our farewell tours is by application only, and only visitors who have completed the following form will be allowed entrance on the day. Please therefore ensure you have completed the form linked below by the Friday 21st January 2022 at 9am.
