Three Year 12 students, A Spaminato, K  Wong and C Grindley,  participated in a STEM conference at Folkestone Girls last Friday.

They chose a Science topic to investigate independently, deciding a hypothesis, designing and conducting an experiment to test their hypothesis and then collecting and analysing their results. They then produced a poster detailing all of this for the poster symposium on the day and gave a presentation of their results to a group of their peers (Year 12 students from 3 other sixth forms).

They showed excellent resilience and motivation to do this independently as well as conducting themselves well on the day.
